No Refund Policy for Business Accounts
Sohvo is a business-to-business (B2B) service. All sales are final and non-refundable.
As an enterprise business continuity management platform designed exclusively for organizations, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees or charges. This policy reflects the nature of B2B software services where:
- Organizations make informed purchasing decisions through demos and trials
- Implementation involves significant resources and customization
- Access to the platform provides immediate value and intellectual property
- Business customers have procurement processes and budget approvals
Before You Purchase
To ensure Sohvo meets your organization's needs, we strongly encourage you to:
- Request a Demo: See the platform in action with your specific use cases
- Start a Trial: Test the platform with your team before committing
- Review Documentation: Understand all features and capabilities
- Consult Your Team: Ensure stakeholder alignment before purchasing
Subscription Cancellations
While refunds are not available, you can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Access continues until the end of your paid billing period
- No charges will occur after the current period ends
- Your data remains available for export before termination
- Cancellation must be initiated by an authorized account administrator
Billing Errors and Exceptions
We will only consider refunds in these specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: Accidental double-billing for the same period
- Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without proper authorization
- Service Not Provided: Payment received but account not activated
- Technical Impossibility: Platform technically incompatible with your infrastructure despite meeting published requirements
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing reliable service:
- 99.9% uptime guarantee for production environments
- 24/7 monitoring and incident response
- Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Service credits may be available for extended outages per our SLA
Switching Plans
Organizations can adjust their subscription at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle
- User Changes: Add or remove users as needed
- Billing Cycle: Switch between monthly and annual billing
Data Retention After Cancellation
Upon subscription cancellation:
- Your data will be retained for 90 days for retrieval
- Export tools are available for data migration
- After 90 days, all data will be permanently deleted
- You can request immediate deletion if required
- Certain data may be retained as required by law or for compliance
Billing Disputes
For billing-related concerns:
- Contact our billing team immediately upon discovering any issue
- Provide detailed documentation of the concern
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- Legitimate billing errors will be corrected promptly
