As a consultant, you can be added to multiple client organizations from a single account. When you log in, Sohvo will show you which organizations you have access to, and you choose which one to enter. To switch between clients, you log out and back in again. This is a deliberate security measure: it ensures strict separation between clients, eliminates any risk of data leakage, and keeps compliance rock-solid.

This way, you can confidently support multiple clients while guaranteeing that their information remains fully isolated and protected.

Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.

If your subscription lapses, you won’t lose access right away — there’s an initial grace period to give you time to update your payment details. If payment is completed during this period, your service continues without disruption.

If the account does close, we retain your data securely for 30 days. During that time, you can contact us to request a full backup of all your information. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted to ensure your security and privacy.

For everyday use, you can securely link directly to specific items or filtered views and share them with your team. This makes it easy to connect Sohvo into internal websites, dashboards, or collaboration tools, so the right people always have the right information at hand.

For more technical teams, Sohvo also supports deep linking at a granular level. Every core entity has its own unique GUID, which means you can reference individual records or subsets of data directly. All links are protected by strict access controls, so only authorized users can see the information.

You can export all core data at any time in CSV-format for easy view in your favorite spreadsheet tool.
Even more importantly, you also have full access to your backups (as JSON). Both the automated backups that run each night but you can also trigger a manual backup of all your data as often as you need it.

We pronounce Sohvo just as it's spelled but with a short and de-emphasized "h".

Sohvo stands for:

The answer is more simple than that.
Similar to many global platforms we wanted a name that didn't mean anything in any language but still easy to pronounce and remember. We also wanted it to start with an "S" for "Shield", "Security", "Safety", "Strategic" & "Stability" etc.

After many suggestions and verification's of these suggestions we ultimately landed on the name Sohvo which also had the domain name sohvo.com available which was a major deciding factor in itself.
