When you log in, Sohvo will show you which organizations you have access to, and you choose which one to enter. To switch between clients, you log out and back in again. If your subscription lapses, you won’t lose access right away — there’s an initial grace period to give you time to update your payment details. If payment is completed during this period, your service continues without disruption.
If the account does close, we retain your data securely for 30 days. During that time, you can contact us to request a full backup of all your information. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted to ensure your security and privacy.

Similar to many global platforms we wanted a name that didn't mean anything in any language but still easy to pronounce and remember. We also wanted it to start with an "S" for "Shield", "Security", "Safety", "Strategic" & "Stability" etc.
After many suggestions and verification's of these suggestions we ultimately landed on the name Sohvo which also had the domain name sohvo.com available which was a major deciding factor in itself.
