  • All sales are final - No refunds will be provided for any reason
  • You have evaluated the Service through demos or trials before purchasing
  • You are authorized to make purchasing decisions for your organization
  • Payment obligations are non-cancellable during the subscription term
  • You will pay all applicable fees according to the billing terms
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

8. Intellectual Property
